We may, in our sole discretion, limit delivery routes and delivery destinations from time to time, provided that we will use commercially reasonable endeavors to complete shipments with respect to Shipments. any in our custody or possession at the time of recommending or changing such restrictions.

3. Shipping

3.1 Address: Delivery to the address you specified in your order. But it doesn’t have to be sent to the named recipient personally. We will try to deliver no more than 2 times to the address specified in the order.

3.2 Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be as set out in the Order. 3.4 Delivery time: Delivery of goods depends on many factors. including the availability of goods and the delivery time of the seller We will use reasonable commercial endeavors to deliver the goods in accordance with our normal delivery schedule. All delivery times indicated are estimates only and do not form part of these delivery conditions. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery under any circumstances.

3.5 Receipt: In the event that you do not receive the product within the anticipated delivery date, you must notify Sook within 3 days of the anticipated delivery date via the correspondence available on the Platform. I haven’t heard from you within 3 days of the expected delivery date. You will be deemed to have received the product.

3.6 Delivery Processing Error: If you refuse or an error occurs in the delivery process, (for any reason which is beyond your reasonable control or Seller’s fault) or full payment for the delivery of the Order and, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Seller.
