Terms and conditions of delivery services (“Terms of Delivery”)

By entering the Terms and Conditions of Delivery (“Terms of Delivery”), you (“Customer” “you” “your”), you represent that you are at least 20 years of age or have been Relevant consent from a parent or legal guardian who can enter into an agreement and properly perform your obligations. By registering and using the Service, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions of Delivery and all Platform policies are created by reference.

If you are under 20 years of age, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to accept these shipping terms and the agreement related to the use of the shipping service for the goods you purchase on the Platform.

1. Definition and Interpretation

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and interpretation provisions set forth in Table 1 shall apply to these Terms of Delivery.

2. Participation of delivery services

2.1 Your Agreement : You agree to be bound by these Terms of Delivery, as well as guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions regarding the delivery of the Products you have ordered on the Platform. We may modify these delivery terms or guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions at any time and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by such changes when they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the shipping service after the effective date of these shipping terms or any amendments to these shipping terms or any guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions. This constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by such terms.

2.2 Scope of delivery: These delivery terms apply to the following services which we may provide for your purchases on the Platform. (collectively, “Shipping”) includes: (i) Door-to-door delivery (ii) delivery to reward points; and (iii) Earn or collect rewards.

2.3 Service-Specific Policies and Restrictions : We may publish policies and rules governing delivery on the Platform at any time. By continuing to use the delivery service, you agree to be bound by the policies and rules applicable to the delivery service. We may, in our sole discretion, limit delivery routes and delivery destinations from time to time, provided that we will use commercially reasonable endeavors to complete shipments with respect to Shipments. any in our custody or possession at the time of recommending or changing such restrictions.

3. Shipping

3.1 Address: Delivery to the address you specified in your order. But it doesn’t have to be sent to the named recipient personally. We will try to deliver no more than 2 times to the address specified in the order.

3.2 Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be as set out in the Order. Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are based on the charged weight and dimensions of the Goods as specified by Seller at the time of listing on the Platform and calculated based on the Shipping Fee rates we publish from time to time.

3.3 Tracking: You can track the status of your delivery on the page. “Track My Order” of the platform

3.4 Delivery time: Delivery of goods depends on many factors. including the availability of goods and the delivery time of the seller We will use reasonable commercial endeavors to deliver the goods in accordance with our normal delivery schedule. All delivery times indicated are estimates only and do not form part of these delivery conditions. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery under any circumstances.

3.5 Receipt: In the event that you do not receive the product within the anticipated delivery date, you must notify Sook within 3 days of the anticipated delivery date via the correspondence available on the Platform. I haven’t heard from you within 3 days of the expected delivery date. You will be deemed to have received the product.

3.6 Delivery Processing Error: If you refuse or an error occurs in the delivery process, (for any reason which is beyond your reasonable control or Seller’s fault) or full payment for the delivery of the Order and, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Seller. Orders and deliveries may be cancelled.
